Forbes recorded a series of Vietnamese billionaires increasing in rank when assets and stock prices of Vingroup, Vietjet Air, Hoa Phat, Techcombank and Masan fluctuated simultaneously.

According to Forbes' update, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, Chairman of Vingroup continues to increase his ranking on the world's richest people ranking. He currently has a net worth of 21.1 billion USD, ranked 109th in the world, up 2 places compared to the previous update.

In early November, his net assets increased by 2.34%, reaching 19.3 billion USD, putting him as the 125th richest person in the world, surpassing many Asian entrepreneurs.

At the end of last weekend's trading session, the prices of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's stock codes all increased.

Specifically, VIC (Vingroup) stock price reached 229.7 thousand VND/share, up 3.4% compared to previous transactions. The price of VHM (Vinhomes) shares is about 99.3 trillion VND/share, up 1.53%. VRE shares (Vincom Retail) ended the session at VND32,200/share, up 0.63%.

Billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao

The net assets of Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vietjet Air, increased to 4.5 billion USD, ranking 885th in the world.

At the end of last weekend's trading session, VJC (Vietjet Air) stock price increased by 2.21% compared to the previous session, to 194.6 thousand VND/share. Meanwhile, the price of HDB shares (HDBank) was at 31,200 VND/share, up 0.67%.

Billionaire Tran Dinh Long

Forbes recorded the net worth of billionaire Tran Dinh Long, Chairman of Hoa Phat Group, increasing to 2.8 billion USD. He is currently ranked 1,426th in the list of billionaires in the world.

At the end of the weekend session, Hoa Phat's HPG shares reached VND27.4 trillion/share, up about 0.55% compared to the previous session.

Billionaire Ho Hung Anh

Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank, has net assets of 2.3 billion USD, ranked 1,660th in the world.

Techcombank's TCB shares closed the weekend session at VND34,250/share, down 1.01% compared to the previous session.

Billionaire Nguyen Dang Quang

Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masan Group, owns 1.1 billion USD and is currently ranked 2927th in the list of world billionaires.

At the end of last week's trading session, Masan's MSN shares were at VND 77,500/share, down 1.27% compared to the previous session.
