On November 23, in order to support people in overcoming the consequences of floods in the eastern Gia Lai area, cadres and people of communes and wards in the western region mobilized forces to transport relief goods to areas that were heavily affected.
From early morning, necessities including instant noodles, clean water, clothes, warm blankets, medicine and many essential items have been gathered and classified into groups.
After completing the inspection, the relief convoy quickly departed, heading to isolated or severely damaged areas due to floodwaters.

This relief activity has received strong support from small businesses, business households and local people. Many individuals volunteered to participate in contributing and supporting the transportation and loading of goods, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and a tradition of solidarity among localities in the province.
In low-lying communes and wards such as Tuy Phuoc, Tuy Phuoc Dong, Quy Nhon Dong, Quy Nhon... the authorities are coordinating with local authorities to receive support goods and organize distribution to each priority area.

Every citizen joins hands: some contribute material things, some contribute efforts, and hope to help people in flooded areas soon stabilize their lives and overcome difficulties after natural disasters.
The People's Committee of Gia Lai province has issued Decision 2673/QD-UBND on allocating 2,000 tons of rice from national reserves to localities to provide emergency support to people affected by floods.
In addition, the province supports poor households, near-poor households and households in especially difficult circumstances whose houses are flooded with a level of 2 million VND/household/month, with a support period of 3 months.
