At the end of the trading session on November 7, VJC shares of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company were VND 180,000/share. At this price, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao's assets are owning 47.4 million VJC shares, equivalent to 8% of charter capital, worth about VND 8,532 billion.
In addition, through Duong Sunny Investment Company Limited and Sovico JSC, Ms. Thao indirectly holds 154.7 million and 41.1 million VJC shares, respectively, corresponding to 26.16% and 7.59% of Vietjet capital. The total value of these stocks is estimated at more than VND35,224 billion

Previously, in October 2025, Vietjet announced a plan to issue 118.3 million shares to pay dividends to shareholders, at a rate of 20%, corresponding to each shareholder holding 100 shares will receive 20 new shares.
The issuance is expected to be carried out in the fourth quarter of 2025 or the first quarter of 2026 after the procedures are approved according to regulations.
