To make this dish, housewives need to prepare 500g of fresh fragrant snails, 5 salted egg yolks (cooked by steamer), 2 slices of laughing beef cheese (or 30g of Mozzarella cheese), 100ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 10g of plain butter and minced garlic.

After soaking the fragrant snails thoroughly in sand, blanch them briefly in boiling water with ginger for 2 minutes and then take them out. Grind the salted egg yolks, mix well with fresh milk and cheese.

Next, heat butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in the egg saline mixture and simmer until the sauce is thick. Finally, add snails and stir quickly over high heat to make the sauce evenly stick to the skin. The buttery taste of the egg saline combined with the cheese fibers will help create an irresistible fragrant taste for the dish.

Sweet snails stir-fried with corn and garlic butter

Stir-fried fragrant snails with corn and garlic butter bring a balance between protein and fiber, creating a crunchy and interesting feeling. This dish needs to prepare ingredients with 500g of fragrant snails, 1 cup of sweet corn (seeded), 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, minced garlic, fresh chili and Vietnamese coriander.

Similar to how to prepare flavored snails with cheese salt, clean the flavored snails and boil them briefly. Boil sweet corn kernels with a little salt and then take them out to drain.

Sauté minced garlic with butter until fragrant, then add corn and stir-fry first to absorb the richness.

Continue to add fragrant snails and stir together, season with a little seasoning and sugar to taste. Before turning off the heat, add Vietnamese coriander and sliced chili peppers and stir briefly. The combination of sweet corn kernels and crispy snail meat will make the dish unique without being greasy.
