In the series of exciting events of the 2025 Happy Vietnam Festival (5-7 December), the area near Ba Kieu Temple suddenly became a destination of interest to many people. Here, the "Happy Tree" is solemnly placed as a symbol of the good things that each person strives for.
Among the busy people, "Happy Tree" is the most favorite place to send love. People and tourists come back, slowly write simple wishes: wish for good health, pray for peace and success, or simply hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Each piece of wishes is hung on the tree like a small leaf, weaving together an emotional garden, where everyone finds a little peace, a little hope and a lot of happiness in everyday life. From there, happiness for each person is defined in its own way.
After attending the collective wedding of 80 couples, the family of 4 of Mr. Nguyen Manh Tan - Nguyen Thi Thuy (Kien Hung - Hanoi) and 2 children, Nguyen Phuc An Thai and Nguyen An Tue, went under the "Hanh Phuc" tree together to write wishes.

On her wish list, Ms. Thuy hopes that the family will be healthy, peaceful, the children will study well, and the family affection will always be close and strong. That is also the small wish of many Vietnamese families with the tradition of valuing family love and putting family happiness above all.
As for her small wish, little An Tue thoughtfully wrote each word: "I wish my family always happy, congratulated and together forever". Happiness in children's eyes is simply spending every day happily in the arms of parents and loved ones.

Hiding alone under the tree of happiness, Thanh Hai (22 years old, Hanoi) shared: "Seeing the warm families together, I really admire and want to have my own home. But perhaps, the happiest thing for me at the moment is how to graduate from university with a good certificate, finding a good job to do. That is what I wrote on the wish book".
On the wish tree, countless wishes from small to great are recorded, carrying the hopes of each person: "I want to become a comic book artist", " Let's get married in the coming year", "The happiest thing is to go out with my mother and friends", "I will become a billionaire"... and many other things to send to the upcoming 2026 year.

"The happy Tree" also attracted the attention of many tourists from abroad. A couple left a message in English: "The future child of your parents, we hope to see you soon! ".
Under the tree canopy, it is not difficult to see the happy smiles of families and groups of friends when reading messages from relatives or strangers. The definition of happiness for each person is not the same, but all are aimed at the best and purest.

Each leaf, each wish is written as if we are sowing a seed of hope. And as long as there is hope, happiness is always waiting.
As for you, if you had a wish, what would you write on the happy tree?
What is happiness to you?
