1 box of unsweetened yogurt (about 150g)
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons pure honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

How to do
Blend the cucumber in a blender, blend until smooth.
Mix well In a large bowl, add yogurt, honey and lemon juice and mix well.
Add the pureed cucumber, stir gently.

Pour into mold and refrigerate Pour the mixture into the mold to make ice cream or a small plastic box.
Place in the refrigerator ice Cube for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream thickens.

Note
You can add a little lemon juice if you like a light sour taste.
Do not add too much honey to avoid being sweet.
Use ice cream for 2-3 days to ensure freshness.
