Preparation materials
500g of spareribs
300ml of fresh coconut water
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 chili
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 spoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
How to do
Step 1: Pre-process ribs
First, chop the ribs into bite-sized pieces. Then blanch the ribs in boiling water for about 2 minutes and then wash them again with clean water to remove impurities and odors.

Step 2: Marinate ribs
Put ribs in a bowl with fish sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, shallots and minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Roast ribs
Add a little cooking oil to the pot, then add ribs and stir well over medium heat until the surfaces are firm.

Step 4: Rim with coconut water
After the ribs are firm, pour fresh coconut water into the pot, add sugar, pepper, and fish sauce to your family's taste. Boil until boiling, then reduce to low heat, simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the water gradually drains and turns beautiful brownish-yellow.

Step 5: Complete the dish
Season again to taste and then turn off the heat. If you want spicy food, you can add a few slices of fresh chili.
