In the program hosted by MC Thanh Van Hugo, the two main characters are Ms. Ngoc Thu (born in 1996, from Dong Thap) and Mr. Tan Sang (born in 1996, from Tay Ninh). Both are living and working in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Ngoc Thu is currently a customer care staff at a technology company. She said that she is easy to listen to and knows how to cook, but also admits that she is sometimes hot-tempered and quite stubborn. In love, Ms. Ngoc Thu said that she has never had an official relationship, although she has dated a few people. However, the relationships all stopped because the other person wanted to get married early while she was not ready.
I think everyone has a suitable time for marriage. If it's not the right time, even if we are compatible, it will be difficult to go long," Ms. Ngoc Thu shared.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Tan Sang is currently working as a drawing deployment technician for a construction company in Ho Chi Minh City. He has lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City for more than 10 years. Mr. Tan Sang said that he has had three relationships, but all ended for many different reasons, from study pressure to differences in thinking when entering the working stage.
The young man also confided that in recent years he has been frequently asked about marriage by relatives. "Everyone who meets me asks when to get married, when to hold a wedding. I just smile, but in fact I am very sad in my heart," Mr. Tan Sang said.
At the program, Mr. Tan Sang impressed when preparing three gifts for his female friend, including a watch, a book on communication and a gift with the meaning of wishing good luck in love. In their private conversation, both seemed quite comfortable and gave each other many compliments.
Ms. Ngoc Thu commented that Mr. Tan Sang is confident, active and speaks clearly. Meanwhile, Mr. Tan Sang said that Ms. Ngoc Thu is a gentle, traditional and easy-going girl. Both also have a common hobby of cooking and upholding family values.
In the challenge part of the program, Ms. Ngoc Thu chose the option for Mr. Tan Sang to push 10 times instead of hugging or kissing his cheeks. She explained that she is a traditional person, so she feels shy when performing intimate actions right from the first meeting.
However, at the moment of deciding to press the button, a sudden situation occurred when Mr. Tan Sang chose not to press it. He frankly said that Ms. Ngoc Thu is a "very wonderful" girl, but the initial feeling made him feel that the two were more suitable to be friends than to develop into a romantic relationship.
