On June 13, the leader of Thanh Lien People's Committee (Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province) said that he had received a document from the Commune Police requesting to reward two students Nguyen Dinh Tuan (16 years old) and Nguyen Dinh Bao Chi (13 years old, both residing in Lien Son Hamlet, Thanh Lien Commune) for picking up lost items and reported to the police to find the person to return them.
Previously, on the evening of June 11, Tuan and Chi, while playing at the Lien Son hamlet intersection, picked up a black handbag. Inside was a plastic box containing a necklace, earrings and a gold metal ring.
Immediately afterwards, the two students brought the bags to report to Thanh Lien Commune Police, hoping to find the person who dropped them to return them.
The commune police have widely announced that people will come to receive the jewelry back, and at the same time bring the above jewelry to the gold shop in the area for inspection. The results determined that all the jewelry was fake gold, of no value.
The fact that the two students are still young but not greedy shows a sense of responsibility towards society, and is receiving many compliments from local people.
