According to the Ky Thuong Commune Police (Ky Anh District), on the morning of April 21, Ms. Vu Thi Thuy (born in 1996, in Bac Tien Village, Ky Thuong Commune) picked up a gold ring while sweeping the road in front of her house.
After that, Ms. Thuy informed the Ky Thuong Commune Police to find it to return it to the person who dropped it.
During the verification process, Ky Thuong Commune Police determined that the gold ring worth 11 million VND that Ms. Thuy picked up was the property of Mr. Duong Van Phong (residing in Tien Vinh village, Ky Thuong commune) who dropped it on his way home from work.
After that, under the witness of Ky Thuong Commune Police, Ms. Thuy returned the gold ring to Mr. Phong.
On the evening of April 20, while exercising, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang (residing in Tan Ninh Chau village, Xuan Hoi commune, Nghi Xuan district) picked up a leather wallet, containing 691,000 VND.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Trang brought the wallet to report to Xuan Hoi Commune Police to find the person who dropped it.
By the morning of April 21, the Commune Police had identified the wallet owner as Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Phu (residing in An Toan Long village, Xuan Hoi commune, Nghi Xuan district), so they organized Ms. Trang to return the property to the person who dropped it.
On the morning of April 21, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan (born in 1975, residing in Tan Xuyen village, Tan Dan commune, Duc Tho) picked up a leather wallet near the gate of Duc Lap Primary School, with 1,211,000 VND in the wallet.
After that, Ms. Xuan brought the wallet to the Tan Dan Commune Police for verification to return to the person who dropped it.
At 10:00 a.m. the same day, Tan Dan Commune Police identified the wallet owner as Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 1990, residing in Tan My village, Tan Dan commune) and returned it to her.
