The male character is Mr. Pham Van Dau (born in 1979), currently a businessman doing business in Hung Yen. He once had a broken marriage, is currently a single father, raising a 14-year-old daughter. Mr. Dau shared that the main reason for the breakup came from the nature of his work, often going on business trips abroad, not having much time to take care of his family. After many years of divorce, his daughter is now living with him and has become the biggest motivation in his life.
The female character is Ms. Pham Dong Nhut Thanh (41 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City), also carrying a personal story. She used to get married, but is now divorced, raising a 14-year-old daughter. In addition, Ms. Thanh also takes in a baby boy - the youngest son from when he was just over one year old. Because her biological mother remarried and did not have enough conditions to take care of him, Ms. Thanh became the person who directly raised her nephew like her own child for more than 10 years.
Sharing on television, Ms. Thanh moved many people when she said: "I raised the baby from when I was a baby, now the baby is in 7th grade. I take care of everything myself, from eating, studying to daily life". Her story received many compliments from the audience for her silent sacrifice and deep family affection.
The interesting common point of the couple is that both admit that they have a rather hot-tempered, perfectionist and introverted personality. However, instead of avoiding, they frankly share their shortcomings so that the other person understands them from the beginning. Mr. Dau said that he hopes to find a woman who is responsible for her family, knows how to love her children and is willing to accompany her until the end of her life. Meanwhile, Ms. Thanh only hopes for a mature man who can protect her and both children.

When asked about the geographical distance, Ms. Thanh frankly said that she is willing to follow the businessman back to her hometown if she is loved and takes care of a stable life. Mr. Dau also expressed his desire to build a new home, because after nearly 10 years of being single, he realized that his daughter needs more care from a mother, and he himself also needs a woman to share.
