At the parade, the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80), the image of an old lady sitting in the main stands, right next to General Secretary To Lam, attracted the attention of many people across the country. That is Heroic Vietnamese Mother Tran Thi Huyen, also the main character in the recently released report "Mother from the countryside market to the historic Ba Dinh".

Huyen's mother was born into a revolutionary family in Thach Dong commune, now Tran Phu ward, Ha Tinh province. His mother is the daughter of martyr Tran Hau Truong - a pre-upprising cadres, who died in 1938 in the struggle against French colonialism. Growing up with the story of revolutionary examples, Huyen's mother fostered in her a spirit of resilience and indomitable.
When she grew up and got married, Huyen's mother gave birth to 8 children (5 boys, 3 girls), of which her two sons sacrificed for the Fatherland: Martyr Nguyen Van Duong and Martyr Nguyen Van Cat. The two brothers sacrificed themselves in 1977 and 1980 while fighting with their teammates to protect the southwestern border and perform international service in Cambodia.

In the report, Huyen's mother still could not hold back her tears when mentioning her deceased children: "For the love of your children, I'm so heartbroken. How can I forget how to have children, until now I still imagine the two of them, not forgetting the tissue". Overcoming the storm, the belief in "The children are gone but the Fatherland is still there" has motivated me to continue to contribute, continue to strive to contribute, and become the support of the family.
Currently, Huyen's mother lives in a small house in Lien Cong residential group, Tran Phu ward, with her youngest child, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuyet and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tham. Despite her old age, her mother still kept going to the rural market and selling rolls every day. The little cake shop has been maintained by her mother for almost her whole life, raising her children and serving the Fatherland.

The presence of Huyen's mother is a vivid symbol of the image of Vietnamese women in wartime and peacetime: loyal to the Fatherland and full of determination in daily life. And the image of Huyen in a red ao dai, appearing next to General Secretary To Lam in the main stands of Ba Dinh Square became an unforgettable moment. This is a connection point between the generation of national defenders and national builders, connecting the heroic history and the brilliant future.
broadcast on FPT Play on the occasion of October 20, the report "Mother from the countryside market to the historic Ba Dinh" moved many audiences. This is also a special gift that the unit sent to the heroic Vietnamese women - indomitable - mid-life - confident.
