When hearing this notice, Mr. Nguyen Dang Tuy is requested to contact the People's Court of Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province at the following address: Lim town, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province to resolve the request to declare a missing person or anyone who knows the news about Mr. Nguyen Dang Tuy, then notify the People's Court of Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province at the above address, People's Committee of Lien Bao commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province, the requestor.
The deadline for notifying the search for the person required to declare missing is 4 months from the date of posting or issuing the first notice.
Within 10 days from the end of the above deadline, if there is no news from Mr. Nguyen Dang Tuy, the Court will open a meeting to consider the request to declare a missing person.
