Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Le Xuan Loi has just signed Document No. 2642/UBND-NC respectfully requesting the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to allow the organization of high-altitude fireworks displays on the occasion of celebrating the anniversary of the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, implement Resolution 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025 of the 15th National Assembly on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units and local governments in provinces and cities formed after the arrangement to officially operate from July 1, 2025.
To mark this event, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces organized a cultural program and fireworks display to celebrate.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province reports and respectfully requests the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to allow the organization of high-altitude fireworks displays at the following two locations:
- Point 1: At 3/2 Square, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Bac Giang City (old)
- Point 2: At Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square, Vu Ninh Ward, Bac Ninh City (old).
- The shooting period is 15 minutes, from 10:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. on June 30, 2025.
The funding source for implementation is from socialized funding sources.
It is known that on the morning of June 19, the People's Committees of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces held a meeting to discuss the organization of a special art program to celebrate the establishment of Bac Ninh province on the basis of merging Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces.
