Support level of village health workers in Quang Binh

    The level of support for village and commune health workers in Quang Binh is regulated by the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

    Resolution No. 77/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Quang Binh province (effective from November 5, 2024) stipulates the support level for village and hamlet health workers; village and hamlet midwives in Quang Binh province.

    The Resolution determines monthly support levels for the following subjects:

    1. For village midwives; village health workers (in villages with 350 or more households and residential groups with 500 or more households) are supported with 0.5 times the basic salary/month.

    2. For village and hamlet medical staff in the remaining villages and hamlets, support is equal to 0.3 times the basic salary/month.

    Currently, the basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month. Thus, village midwives; village health workers (in villages with 350 or more households and residential groups with 500 or more households) in Quang Binh are supported with 1,170,000 VND/month.

    For village and hamlet medical staff in the remaining villages and hamlets, support is 702,000 VND/month.
