Official dispatch 03/CV-BCD dated April 15, 2025 clearly stated the orientation for part-time workers at the current commune, village and residential group level as follows:
End the use of non-professional workers at the current commune level from August 1, 2025. Assign local authorities to consider and arrange and assign non-professional workers at the commune level to meet the requirements of the task of participating in work in villages and residential groups and implement the regime and policies for cases that are not assigned work according to regulations.
Thus, with the above orientation, in case of non-professional cadres at the commune level with sufficient capacity and conditions, the local government at the commune level will consider and can arrange to participate in work in the village or residential group, and continue to work.
