Cases of civil servants in Lam Dong receiving special allowances

    Officials and employees working at Lam Dong province's drug rehabilitation facility are entitled to special allowances based on basic salary.

    According to Resolution No. 24/2021/NQ-HDND of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, the civil servants entitled to special allowances are civil servants working at Lam Dong Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center whose salaries are classified in Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces.

    Officials and employees working at Lam Dong Province Drug Rehabilitation Center are entitled to a special monthly allowance equal to 1.1 times the current basic salary.

    The subsidy level prescribed in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Resolution shall not be used to calculate and enjoy compulsory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

    This Resolution was passed by the 10th Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, 2nd Session on August 4, 2021 and takes effect from August 14, 2021.
