Resolution No. 104/2022/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province stipulates special allowance levels for civil servants, public employees and employees working at facilities for managing drug addicts and post-drug rehabilitation patients in the province.
Accordingly, the subjects receiving special subsidies are:
Civil servants, public employees and employees working under contract, transfer or secondment regimes have been classified according to Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces working in management, professional, technical and service work at facilities for managing drug addicts and post-rehabilitation drug addicts as prescribed in Point a, Clause 2, Article 2 of Decree No. 26/2016/ND-CP dated April 6, 2016 of the Government regulating subsidy and allowance regimes for civil servants, public employees and employees working at facilities for managing drug addicts and post-rehabilitation drug addicts and public social assistance facilities.
Subsidy level: 1.5 times the basic salary/person/month.
The current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month. Thus, the subsidy level for civil servants, public employees and workers according to the above regulations is 3,510,000 VND/month.
