1 week before the final episode, the producer said that Flex x Cop is planned to produce a part 2 and will have the return of the two main actors Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun.
But recently, according to Korean media, Park Ji Hyun and Ahn Bo Hyun are both receiving invitations to act in new films.
Sports Kyunghyang reported that Park Ji Hyun recently received an invitation to play the main role in the drama M: Reboot (working title). Park Ji Hyun's management company Namoo Actors confirmed that the actress is considering an offer.
M: Reboot is a remake of MBCs hit drama M, a 10-episode horror film starring Shim Eun Ha aired in 1994. At that time, M achieved an average rating of 38.6%, and the highest episode was up to 50%.
Big Ocean E&M, the production company of Flex x Cop and Our Beloved Summer, will be responsible for producing M: Reboot.
Meanwhile, Ahn Bo Hyun's management company FN Entertainment also confirmed that he has received an offer to play the main role in the historical drama " God's Beads" (working title) and is considering it.
Actor Lee Sung Min is also expected to participate in this project.
