Diddy's sentence will be significantly changed after the rapper was cleared of the two most serious crimes.

According to The Guardian, on the morning of July 3 (Vietnam time), the trial panel issued a verdict on the charges of rapper Diddy. This rapper was sentenced to two consecutive penalties for the two most serious crimes: sex trafficking and organizing crimes.

Diddy was found guilty of transporting and participating in prostitution related to his ex-girlfriend, singer Casandra Ventura. In addition, Diddy continues to be investigated for being accused of being involved in transportation to carry out prostitution activities, related to another ex-girlfriend.

According to American media, when he was found guilty of serious crimes, Diddy expressed a relieved and cheerful expression.

The Guardian said that Diddy had been found not guilty in the two charges, facing a sentence of about 10-20 years in prison - much lower than before he was cleared of the two serious crimes.

Meanwhile, the crimes of sex trafficking and organizing crimes can receive a maximum sentence of life imprisonment depending on the level of crime.

Diddy's lawyer - Mr. Marc Agnifilo - proposed to the judge a $1 million guarantee, asking for permission for Diddy to be on bail and travel between Florida, New York and Los Angeles until sentencing.

However, the prosecution opposed this proposal and the judge has not yet made a decision.

Diddy was found guilty of two crimes and only the lightest conviction, which caused public outrage.

Diddy was arrested in September 2024, after a months-long government investigation. When searching the rapper's private home in Miami and Los Angeles, the authorities seized guns, thousands of bottles of topical gel and many other exhibits.

Diddy faces charges of forced sexual trafficking, fraud or forced marriage, organizing a crime and transporting prostitution, with a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Regarding the "Freak Offs" parties that Diddy organized, singer Cassie Ventura said she was also forced to participate, have sex with others and was beaten by Diddy.

The "Freak Offs" are where Cassie is drugged and forced to do things she doesn't want to do. Witness is unlikely to escape a toxic relationship because Diddy controls her completely from her outfit, work, whereabouts, the people she contacts and even her phone and computer.
