The Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute has just announced this month's brand reputation rankings for Kpop boy groups.
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from October 9 to November 9, 2024.
BTS topped the November rankings, with a brand reputation index of 5,447,345. The seven-member boy band from HYBE last topped the rankings in July 2024, returning to the top spot after three months of being overtaken by Seventeen and several other groups.
High-ranking phrases in BTS’s keyword analysis included “Jin,” “ARMY,” and “full group.” While the highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “support,” and “cute.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis showed 90.07 percent positive reactions.
Seventeen dropped to second place this month, with a brand reputation index of 4,562,920.
NCT rose to third place after seeing a staggering 264.01% increase in their score, bringing their total score for November to 3,391,698 points.
SHINee rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,250,294, up 51.69% from last month.
Finally, Stray Kids entered the Top 5 with a brand reputation index of 2,599,566 points, a slight increase of 4.7% compared to October.
Ranked 6 to 30 are EXO, The Boyz, TWS, ENHYPEN, ATEEZ, MONSTA X, Super Junior, ZEROBASEONE, ASTRO, Wanna One, Big Bang, TVXQ, 2PM, BTOB, EVNNE, TXT, INFINITE, CRAVITY, TREASURE, WINNER, ONEUS, Highlight, Pentagon, The Wind and VIXX.
