According to the latest announcement, Jisoo (Blackpink)'s "Eyes Closed" featuring Zayn Malik debuted at No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 - the weekly chart of the most popular songs in the US.
Eyes Closed is Jisoos first solo song to enter the Billboard Hot 100. This achievement also makes Blackpink the first girl group with all members having solo songs on this chart. Before Blackpink, only BTS was a K-pop group that achieved the same feat.
Before Jisoo, Jennie had 6 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 (Mantra, Love Hangover, ExtraL, handlebars, Like Jennie, One of the Girls); Lisa had 5 songs (Lalisa, Money, Rockstar, New Woman, Born again); Rose had 4 songs (On the Ground, APT, Toxic Till the End, On My Mind).
In addition, Eyes Closed debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard Global Excl. US (global except for the US) and 20th place on the Billboard Global 200 chart this week.

The comeback with Eyes Closed also helped Jisoo achieve her highest ever ranking on the UK Official Singles Chart (equivalent to the US Billboard Hot 100). Eyes Closed debuted at No. 37, surpassing Jisoos debut solo song Flower which ranked No. 38 in 2023.
Previously, Eyes Closed reached No. 28 on Spotifys weekly global chart, with 18,445,328 streams (filtered) in the first week, with 24 million unfiltered streams.
On YouTube, Jisoo's MV "Eyes Closed" featuring Zayn is the MV with the biggest debut achievement of a Kpop solo artist on YouTube's Global Music Video Week Chart in 2025, with 29.26 million views.
In a recent interview with GQ Korea magazine, Jisoo said she is actively preparing for both Blackpink's album and her solo album. Eyes Closed is the music product that paves the way for Jisoos big project in the near future.
Meanwhile, Blackpink also started filming the MV for the new song this week. All Blackpink members and staff are trying their best to get the best possible results, YG Entertainment stated.
Along with that, Blackpink continues to perform the Deadline global tour. Recently, the group had 2 "sold out" shows at Kaohsiung National Stadium (Taiwan, China), attracting more than 100,000 spectators.
Blackpink set a new record, becoming the international pop artist with the highest revenue in the history of holding a concert at this location, with more than 190,000 tickets sold throughout 2023 and 2025.
Blackpink is also the first artist to hold 2 consecutive world tour and is the Kpop artist with the most performances ever at Kaohsiung National Stadium.
