JYP Entertainment said that to celebrate her birthday on May 28, Dahyun donated 30 million won, equivalent to about 19,825 USD, to the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea Social Welfare Fund.
This amount will be used to support blood cancer patients in the Ulsan area, including treatment costs and other necessary expenses for those facing financial difficulties.

Sharing about this action, the TWICE member said: "I want to share the love I have received. I hope my heart can become a source of strength and small comfort for those being treated.
Throughout her career, Dahyun has participated in charity activities many times. Previously, the female idol had donated 50 million won to a special fund to prevent COVID-19.
When the earthquake occurred in Turkey, Dahyun and TWICE members also contributed 200 million won to support relief work. In addition, she also donated 50 million won to support overcoming damage caused by forest fires in Ulsan.
Currently, the group TWICE is on a world tour "THIS IS FOR". The tour is expected to close in Seoul in July.
Dahyun was born on May 28, 1998, is a member of the TWICE group of JYP Entertainment.
