According to European and American media, the legal team is trying every way to get hip hop boss Sean Diddy Combs out of the Metropolitan Detention Center (New York, USA).
On August 5, lawyer Nicole Westmoreland confirmed that he had approached the Trump administration to seek an apology.
However, the White House declined to comment on this request.
Mr. Trump once commented that Diddy was the "half innocent" type and said that his previous close relationship had broken because Diddy had a hostile attitude when he ran for office, making it more difficult to forgive.
However, Diddy's legal team also filed an application on bail to Judge Arun Subramanian, accusing the conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center of being inhumane.
Lawyer Marc Agnifilo provides prison evidence for prisoners eating expired and diced foods. He stressed that the refusal to be released abroad was unfair, as Diddy showed no signs of fleeing or causing danger.
The lawyer said Diddy was having many difficulties in prison, often missing his children and wanted to return to normal life.
At the end of July, the rapper also filed a petition for release or ret trial.
Diddy was previously convicted of two counts of transporting money to engage in prostitution at a trial on July 2. Surprisingly, the jury found Diddy innocent of two crimes: sex trafficking and organized crime.
If he escapes the risk of life in prison, Diddy could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for transportation to prostitution.
The trial of Diddy is scheduled to take place on October 3.
