The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced the idol brand rankings in May 2021. Accordingly, member Jimin of BTS continued to win the No. 1 spot with a voting score of 8,016,940, setting a record of staying in the Top for 19 consecutive months.
The great influence from BTS as well as the effects of the newly released song "Butter" are the reasons why Jimin broke his record and achieved high results this May.
Ranked 2nd on the list after Jimin is male idol Kang Daniel. In May, with his active participation in TV shows and entertainment programs, Kang Daniel earned an absolute score of 7,782,727. ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo ranked third with 7,055,289 points.
In addition to the achievements that Jimin brought, the members of the BTS group also divided their rankings in the Top 20 such as V ranked 4th, Jungkook ranked 5th, Jin ranked 6th, Suga ranked 8th, J- hope ranked 12th and RM ranked 17th.
Jimin's full name is Park Ji Min, born in 1995. He is a member of Korea's most famous group - BTS. With the group, Jimin has achieved many successes not only in his hometown's music market but also in the world. Notably, the group's English song called "Butter" released on May 21 received positive feedback from listeners.
