Jisoo (Blackpink) is said to have bought a luxury apartment worth 20 billion won, in the same area as HYBE President Bang Si Hyuk.

According to Koreaboo, recently, information has been circulating on the Korean online community that Blackpink singer Jisoo bought an apartment in L'ARBRE 27 - a luxury housing complex with only 27 apartments.

This complex is currently under construction, including 2 buildings, 5 basements and 7 upper floors. According to the introduction, apartment design combines the convenience of luxurious life with the independence of separate houses.

penthouses (on the same building) cost 45 billion won (about 830 billion VND), while apartments are usually priced from 20 billion won (about 370 billion VND) or more.

It is reported that in addition to Jisoo, HYBE Group Chairman Bang Si Hyuk also plans to move to this complex. Currently, all apartments of L'ARBRE 27 have been sold out.

Last year, there were rumors that Jisoo lived in an apartment in Hannam The Hill - the most expensive luxury apartment complex in central Seoul in Korea.

Many celebrities such as BTS members also live here. According to market prices, an apartment in this area is worth about 5.7 - 5.9 million USD.

If Jisoo owns both the apartments in Hannam The Hill and L'ARBRE 27, her real estate assets could exceed 30 billion won. The wealth of the Blackpink member overwhelms the public.

However, many people think that, considering Jisoo's career and reputation, it is not uncommon for the female singer to own "huge" assets and buy an expensive apartment.

Jisoo was born in 1995, debuted as a member of Blackpink in 2016. She is said to have come from a wealthy family, with her father being the CEO of an entertainment company or a television actor.

As soon as they debuted, Blackpink made an explosion with their first two hits "Boombayah" and "Whistle". After that, the group attracted a large number of fans around the world with a series of hit songs such as Kill This Love, Ddu-Du Ddu-Du, As If Its Your Last, How You Like That...

After 6 years of working with the group, Jisoo officially debuted solo in 2023 and achieved many successes thanks to the mini album "Me", including two songs "Flower" and "All Eyes on Me".

In early 2025, Jisoo returned to the music scene with the mini album "Amortage". Recently, she released the song "Eyes Closed" featuring Zayn Malik, debuting at number 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 - marking the first time Jisoo entered this chart.

In addition to the role of singer, the eldest sister Jisoo is the first member of Blackpink to enter the acting field, with her first drama Snowdrop in 2021.

Last year, Jisoo returned to the screen with the main role in the villain film Newtopia. She also participated in the movie Omniscient Readers Viewpoint with Lee Min Ho, Ahn Hyo Seop, Nana...

Jisoo is currently filming a new film "Monthly Boyfriend" with actor Seo In Guk.

In the fields of fashion and advertising, Jisoo is one of the most influential Kpop idols. She takes on the role of global ambassador for two luxury brands Dior and Cartier, and is also the face of many other luxury brands and labels.

After ending her individual contract with YG, Jisoo established her own company BLISSOO, becoming the boss at the age of 29.

Being versatile in the fields of culture and entertainment helps Jisoo maintain her position as a top Kpop star and increase her net worth.
