Lisa (Blackpink) reveals she once wanted to work at Disneyland

Lisa (Blackpink) revealed that she once wanted to be a dance teacher or performer at Disneyland if she didn't become a K-pop idol.

Lisa (Blackpink) has just appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", sharing about her new music project and revealing some information related to the EP "Press Play". The female singer also revealed what she wanted to do if she didn't become an idol.

In a conversation with host Jimmy Fallon, Lisa said that the 4th song in "Press Play" will be the next product to be released. The female singer born in 1997 has not announced the song title but revealed that the title starts with the letter "T", thereby adding more attention to the upcoming EP.

Press Play" is scheduled to be released on October 23 with 6 songs. This is a project following the album "Alter Ego", made by Lisa during her solo career development through her own company LLOUD.

Previously, Lisa released "SaWaDiKa" as the opening song for the EP. The title is inspired by the popular greeting in Thai, and the song exploits elements associated with the female singer's origin. The product helped Lisa gain more marks in the US market when it debuted at number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In the program, Lisa also shared about other options she had thought of before becoming a singer. When Jimmy Fallon asked her what she would do if she didn't pursue music, Lisa said the first option was to become a dance teacher.

However, the female singer quickly made another choice. Lisa revealed that she once wanted to work as a performer at Disneyland, wear princess costumes and participate in performances at the amusement park.

Lisa said she thinks she will really like the job of wearing princess dresses and performing in front of visitors. The story also partly shows the quite different plans of the female singer before entering the path of idol training.

Currently, Lisa continues to maintain personal activities in many fields. After establishing LLOUD, she develops her music, acting and international performance projects in parallel, alongside her schedule with Blackpink.

The documentary "Always Lalisa" is also being noticed during this period. The work focuses on Lisa's journey from childhood, years of being a trainee to becoming a Blackpink member and developing her own career. "Always Lalisa" premieres at cinemas and IMAX systems worldwide from October 12 within a limited time. After theatrical screenings, the film will be exclusively released on YouTube Premium at the end of the year. The work is directed by Sue Kim and was selected for screening at the Toronto International Film Festival 2026.

In November, Lisa is expected to hold the "Viva La Lisa" residency concert series at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas (USA). The program includes 4 nights of performances, marking an expansion of the Blackpink youngest member's solo performance activities in the US.
