Ho Thu Anh was once famous when she played the female lead in Son Tung M-TP's MV "Lac troi" in 2017.
Sharing with Lao Dong reporter, Ho Thu Anh revealed Son Tung M-TP's opportunity to be a historical poet: "At that time, I was a freelance photographer and had another job in business, not a model or participating in a TV show. I received an invitation to act in an MV from Son Tung's crew and felt very surprised, not understanding why they were staring at me.
To act in the MV with Son Tung, I admire his determination and enthusiasm in pursuing his passion for music. Son Tung is the one with only one determination to make good music products. Son Tung's serious spirit inspired me when I switched to acting later".
Ho Thu Anh started out as a model, participated in The Face 2018 and is known as an influential fashionista in the Vietnamese fashion world.
Since then, she has participated in acting in a number of other MVs such as "Tears I wip with new love" by Toc Tien - DaLab, "Em da yeu nguoi khac hon anh" by Noo Phuoc Thinh...
Thu Anh's career turning point came when she had her first leading role in the 2020 film "Saigon in the Rain". At this time, the beauty realized that acting was truly a passion she wanted to pursue.
In the past few years, she has participated in a number of film projects such as "Di den main", "Fanti"... in parallel with activities in the fashion industry.

In the near future, Ho Thu Anh will play Ba Huong in the film "Tunnel: Sun in the dark" directed by Bui Thac Chuyen.
As a model, Ho Thu Anh has had many looks with different styles. However, the role in the movie Geography is the most special look she has ever experienced.
A role to leave a bare face, every day dressed up with mud and dirt on each hairline and nail. Every day, she was visibly rewarded on set, but for Ho Thu Anh, this was the beauty of the character and she really appreciated that.
After a journey of physical training and rapid weight loss to ensure the character's appearance, Thu Anh and the cast had to practice discipline and live like a soldier in the army.
Sharing about her most memorable memory, Thu Anh said: After the film finished filming, I ate comfortably and gained 7kg during Tet. But immediately after that, the film crew announced a shocking news that some scenes needed to be filmed as soon as possible, I was so shocked that I could not believe it was true.
Immediately, I planned to lose weight and lose up to 6kg in just 1 week. Now thinking back, I don't feel it was a difficulty but a source of pride for me to try my best to give my all to the role."
