Gong Ryong is a promising obstetrician, but suddenly loses his career when he accidentally meets the daughter of MZ Group - Choi Go Eun (Han Ji Eun).
Go Eun crashes into Gong Ryong's car and is rushed to the emergency room by Gong Ryong. He discovers that Go Eun has an ectopic pregnancy and performs surgery on her, but she receives the bad news that it will be difficult for her to have children in the future.
Go Eun's father - the chairman of MZ Group - angrily went to Gong Ryong, leaving him unemployed and unable to find work at any other hospital. While in dire straits, Gong Ryong met Go Eun again, the two went out drinking together, then "went to bed" together.
The “hot” scene between Lee Min Ho and co-star Han Ji Eun happened very quickly but still shocked many viewers. Especially for Lee Min Ho’s fans, because throughout his career, the actor born in 1987 rarely acted in hot scenes.
