According to Korean media, signs that NewJeans will soon return with an increasingly clear complete lineup are emerging. However, because the members chose different paths back, the public's reaction was also divided.
On the afternoon of November 12, ADOR (under HYBE Group) proactively announced: "NewJeans members Hyein and Haerin have expressed their desire to continue working with ADOR".
The company added that the decision was made after a thorough discussion between the idols' families and ADOR. The two members respect the court's ruling and comply with the exclusive contract. ADOR is also ready to support them as much as possible so that they can continue their artistic activities smoothly.
This is good news for fans, because NewJeans has been on hiatus for nearly a year due to conflicts with their management company.
In particular, during the litigation process, the group announced that they would not return if former CEO Min Hee Jin was not reappointed, causing the public to believe that the relationship between the two sides had completely broken down. Therefore, the group's signs of reunion were surprising.
However, ADOR only announced the return of 2 out of 5 members, sparking rumors that the group could disband. But about 3 hours after ADOR's announcement, the remaining 3 members - Minji, Danielle and Hanni - also suddenly announced their intention to return to the company through the media.
After careful consideration, we decided to return to ADOR. A member is currently in the South pole, so the information was sent more slowly, and because ADOR has not responded, we were forced to announce our position to ourselves, the three members said through the media.

However, the difference is that this statement was not discussed in advance with ADOR. The company immediately responded cautiously: "We are reviewing the sincerity in the intention of the 3 members to return", emphasizing that this is not an official statement.
The public also has mixed opinions on how to handle the idols' cases: "If you want to go, go, if you want to go back, return?", "All are one-sided announcements", "If the company has not responded, we should wait", "It is still as bustling as before", "It is difficult to get back to the image as before"...
The audience believes that Minji, Hanni and Danielle are still acting hastily, doing as they want, just as they unilaterally announced the termination of their contracts last November.
Many opinions require NewJeans members to directly apologize to the groups involved in the incident such as ILLIT, LE SSERAFIM, as well as HYBE Group's employees who were affected by Hanni's accusations.
Korean audiences commented on Pann Nate: "They should kneel in front of ILLIT, LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT's management and apologize. All of HYBE's idols and employees have to wear cameras because they are afraid of being judged every time they encounter Hanni in the HYBE building.
"It's amazing that they kept their self-respect until the end and made this announcement without any apology. They lost the lawsuit and made a loud appeal, but now they decided not to pay the fine and returned. It's a honor for them to be so arrogant."
"I can't forget Hanni's eyes as she stared at the CEO of ADOR. I don't want NewJeans back, I hate to see them."
