On the morning of August 29, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province organized a meeting with teachers who have completed the deadline for transfer back to their units and teachers who have been transferred to educational institutions that need to be strengthened in 2026.
According to the Department of Education and Training, at the time of developing the 2026 mobilization plan, the whole province had 341 teachers performing reinforcement tasks in 13 communes and wards.
Among these, 290 teachers have completed the reinforcement period, including 199 teachers completed from 2025 and 91 teachers completed in 2026. 51 teachers continue to perform their duties because the deadline has not expired as prescribed.
At the conference, the Department of Education and Training organized commendation and awarded certificates of merit to 170 teachers who completed the mobilization period.
In the 2026 mobilization, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province issued a decision to mobilize 157 teachers to take on tasks at educational institutions that need to strengthen human resources. Among them, there are 66 preschool teachers, 60 primary school teachers and 31 secondary school teachers.
Notably, among these, 42 teachers volunteered to receive assignments in remote and isolated areas.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of the Department of Education and Training requested teachers to soon proactively adapt to the new working environment, promote professional capacity and be dedicated to students.
Requesting educational institutions to receive teachers to pay attention to and support them in terms of working environment and living conditions, helping teachers soon stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work.
According to the Department of Education and Training, the mobilization of increased teachers is a necessary solution in the context that the teaching staff between localities is not balanced.
In the coming time, the department will continue to implement plans to mobilize, sign contracts and recruit teachers; coordinate with localities to study specific policies, invest in building and upgrading public housing.
Quang Ninh sets a goal to basically stabilize the local teaching staff by 2035, minimizing widespread mobilization and strengthening.
