On April 3, at the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), a signing ceremony for cooperation in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation between Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology took place.
The signing ceremony aims to enhance the combined strength of the three universities, promote the potential and strengths of each institution in talent training, scientific research, technology transfer, innovation and digital transformation. In particular, the goal of cooperation is emphasized to build three universities into centers for training talented human resources, attracting talent, and scientific research to serve the development of strategic technology and innovation fields in Vietnam and the region with close cooperation between businesses.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son affirmed: Each university has had successful research and issued action programs, organized research centers, science and technology parks, and strategic research groups. Now with the cooperation of universities, to cooperate strategically, implement Resolution 57, share resources, cooperate together in training, implementing joint training programs, common tasks, attracting domestic and foreign talents, lecturers, and scientists".

Deputy Minister Hoang Minh Son believes that this is an initial model, a core to admit other higher education institutions to cooperate and develop, successfully implement the tasks set out in Resolution 57-NQ/TW, the Government's Action Program and have very effective actions and cooperation in the coming time, in a very urgent and drastic manner.
Affirming that the birth of Resolution 57-NQ/TW is the drastic participation of Party and State leaders in developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology Huynh Dang Chinh said that higher education institutions need to rely on their strengths and characteristics in training their human resources to cooperate and develop together.

In which, the 3 universities in today's signing ceremony, with strengths in technology, science and digital transformation, will pioneer, promote, cooperate, and strive to carry out the tasks stated in Resolution 57-NQ/TW.
At the ceremony, the signing ceremony was done in the presence of leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, members of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and representatives of a number of accompanying enterprises.

The cooperation programs and contents include: Cooperation in training high-quality, highly qualified human resources; cooperation in researching core technologies, developing strategic technology products associated with attracting talent, attracting investment and cooperation of enterprises; cooperation in building a shared database system and resources; organizing conferences, seminars, developing and attracting international scholars; communication cooperation.
