In the face of the complicated developments and impact of storm No. 3 (international name Wipha), the Hanoi University of Science and Technology Training Board announced that from Monday afternoon (July 21) to the end of Monday (July 22), all theory classes and exercises according to the in-person learning plan will be transferred to online learning to ensure the safety of students.
Experimental and practical classes during the above period will be temporarily suspended. The responsible staff will proactively plan make-up classes, arrange the time to organize them in accordance with the actual situation.
At the Diplomatic Academy, last night, July 20, the Higher Education Department sent a notice to all students, all classes in the summer program on July 21 and 22 will be transferred to online learning.
"Study plan from Wednesday (July 23), the university's Department will monitor the development of the storm and make an official announcement as soon as possible" - the announcement of the school stated.
Some provinces and cities in the Northern region have also decided to temporarily suspend students from school to ensure safety.
In Hai Phong, the Department of Education and Training has issued a document directing educational institutions to proactively respond to the developments of the storm. Accordingly, all concentrated activities of students were temporarily suspended. At the same time, schools are responsible for promptly informing teachers, students, parents and staff about weather conditions, strengthening guidance on prevention skills and ensuring safety during the storm.

Typhoon No. 3, international name Wipha, passed the northern part of the Lusian Peninsula (China), entering the northern Gulf of Tonkin on the morning of July 21 and is expected to make landfall this afternoon.
