The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved information about the Education Area project on Thong Nhat Street. The project is located in Noi Hoa quarter, Binh An ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
The project's goal is to form an educational institution from primary to high school according to the general planning and regulations of law.
The project has a scale of receiving about 2,800 students/year and about 200 teachers, staff.
The school area will build about 67 classrooms, administrative areas, boarding houses, informal houses, security guards, outdoor sports fields, trees, landscapes, and internal traffic.
This educational area will provide general education services for primary, secondary and high school levels.
The project is built on a land area of about 19,698 m2. Currently, there are 36.6 m2 of land for perennial crops, 1,789 m2 of urban residential land, and 17,683 m2 of non-agricultural production land.
The architectural scale of this educational area is a 10-storey building with 1 basement. The total estimated investment capital is about 743.7 billion VND. Of which, 63.5 billion VND is for resettlement compensation, 32.4 billion VND is for contingency costs and 680.1 billion VND is for project implementation costs.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Finance and the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the People's Committee of Di An city to select a contractor.
