The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Official Letter 2457/BGDDT-GDDH guiding university and college admissions in 2025, in which specific instructions on admission timelines for candidates are provided.
Accordingly, candidates must register for admission according to the direct admission method, priority admission, before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025. Then, submit the application for direct admission and prioritize admission according to the form (Annexes IV, V) to training institutions according to the instructions of the training institution.
Candidates who are directly admitted will receive admission information from training institutions before July 15, 2025 and must continue to register their admission wishes on the General Schedule System.
According to the guidance of the Department of Education and Training, candidates use the granted account to review the results of the academic points (transcripts) of high school level on the system and must reflect with the teacher, responsible for the high school candidates to correct (if any) completed before 17:00 on 6.6.2025.
Free candidates to register their admission wishes from July 10 to July 20, 2025
From July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025, candidates will register, adjust and supplement their admission wishes.
From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025, candidates must pay the admission fee.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025, confirm admission on the System.
From January 1, 2025 to December 2025, candidates wishing to consider the additional enrollment of the training institution, comply with the enrollment information posted on the enrollment page of the training institution. If the additional admission training institution has been admitted and has confirmed the admission is not allowed to be supplemented, except for cases where the training institution is not enrolled by the head of the training institution.
