Need to raise awareness, innovate leadership thinking
In addition to the results achieved by Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phuc, the education sector still has to face some difficulties, which need to be thoroughly resolved in the coming time to successfully complete the set goals such as network infrastructure, lacking Internet equipment; limited resource mobilization for digital transformation (both in terms of human resources and finance); uneven digital capacity; the entire industry's database needs to be continuously updated, etc.
From the difficulties, the Deputy Minister clearly identified 8 key groups of tasks, from raising awareness, innovating leadership thinking to developing an open learning model, personalizing the learning journey for learners.
"Each cadre and teacher should be a pioneer in learning, applying digital technology to work and teaching. At the same time, be active in spreading knowledge and digital skills to the community.
Each student should proactively learn and practice digital skills, becoming exemplary and responsible digital citizens. Actively participate in volunteer activities, instruct relatives and the community on digital skills.
