According to the draft, the Ministry of Education and Training proposes that grade III preschool and general education teachers will be appointed to the title of teacher; grade II teachers will be appointed to the title of principal teacher; grade I preschool and general education teachers will be appointed to the title of senior teacher.

The expected salary coefficient for teachers is 2.1-7.55, meaning that teachers receive a salary of 4.9 to 17.66 million VND per month. The group that receives the highest salary is senior teachers (old grade I).
