On the morning of July 16, the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) announced the admission score (land score) for the regular university admission methods in 2025.
Accordingly, the school's application score for 2025 based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam is 15 points for all training majors; with the method of considering the 12th grade transcript for a combination of 3 subjects and considering the average score for the entire 12th grade year, the application score is 18 points.
For the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Exam, the school has an application score of 600/1,200 points, the V-SAT exam is 225/450 points.
2. Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH)
Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology has also announced the quality assurance threshold (land score) of admission methods.
According to the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, candidates must achieve 15 or more points to be eligible to apply to the school. This level decreased by 1-4 points compared to last year.
If based on the academic results, candidates must have an average score of 18 points for 3 subjects in grade 12. With the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment test or V-SAT, the school receives applications from 15 points (exchanged to a 30-point scale).
For the sectors in the Health group, the threshold for input quality assurance according to the separate regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training will be announced later.
Based on the admission floor score announced by the schools, candidates who wish to be admitted to the school by the methods of registering their wishes and adjusting their wishes online on the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training before 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

On July 16, Hong Bang International University announced the admission floor score for the method of considering the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Accordingly, the method of considering high school graduation exam results and the admission method combining high school graduation exam scores with grade 12 transcripts (1 subject + 2 subjects of high school graduation exam) is 15 points, applicable to all majors.
For majors in the field of Health with practice certificates/licenses such as: Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Testing Technology, Rehabilitation Technology and Medical Imaging Technology, the admission floor score will be applied according to the threshold for input quality guaranteed as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
