Ho Chi Minh City Police said that this is not a new scenario, but there are still many victims who have been scammed. To proactively prevent the above situation, the City Police recommends that agencies and units of educational centers that organize summer camp models should proactively provide information to press agencies, local authorities, schools and mass organizations to support providing official information to people about extracurricular education models and practical experiences, especially at the present time, students are preparing for summer vacation.
