On April 10, the Banking Academy organized the "Job Fair - Human Resource Bridge" event in 2026, gathering 25 recruiting units including banks, financial institutions and businesses, bringing thousands of job opportunities for students.
The event attracted the participation of nearly 10,000 students from the Banking Academy and universities in Hanoi.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Council of the Banking Academy - affirmed that the job fair not only brings jobs for final year students, but also creates internship opportunities for students who are still in university.
Schools, businesses and students are a triangle model that complement each other. And it is the job fair that helps connect the edges of that triangle, bringing thousands of jobs to students throughout 14 seasons of organization" - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Toan informed.
At the booths in the fair, students directly meet, exchange and participate in interviews with businesses and banks. Through this, students have access to internship opportunities early and jobs after graduation.

Each interview session will last for about 10 minutes. In which, students are instructed to fill out information forms, exchange about job requirements and practical experience.
This form helps students have more proactiveness and reflex skills when participating in interviews later. At the same time, there is a chance to be recruited immediately after the event if they meet recruitment requirements.
Tran Quang Minh - a 3rd year student, majoring in Investment Economics, Banking Academy - shared that this is the first time he has participated in a direct interview. The interview helped me better understand the actual requirements of employers besides the knowledge in the lecture hall.
“In the bank's information form, there are not only requirements for education but also other scoring factors such as certificates and work experience. After the interview, I will add these conditions to increase my chances of being admitted,” the male student said.
Highly appreciated by employers, Bui Phuong Nhung - a 3rd year student majoring in Financial Management at CityU, Banking Academy - said: "The exchange process helps students better understand their career orientation. In addition, students who meet the requirements will have internship opportunities later. I have been discussed by seniors about my working time and it is likely that I will be accepted for internship in the near future.
In addition to interview activities, business units and banks also organize minigames and introduction programs to help students better understand the working environment and application conditions.

Giving advice to students, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Toan emphasized that university knowledge helps them work in many professions, in many different environments, both domestically and internationally. Therefore, each student can confidently participate in applying, expanding job opportunities for themselves.
