On March 12, Cam Duong Ward Police, Lao Cai province informed that, stemming from personal conflicts, a group of students came to a friend's house to resolve it with violence, causing one student to break his nose and have to be hospitalized for treatment.
Accordingly, March 3, 2026, due to previous conflicts, a group of students including T.G.B, N.H. D (both born in 2013) and some other children came to the house of V.H. A (born in 2011) to fight. As a result, V.H. A suffered a closed fracture of the right wing of the nose.

According to functional agencies, violent acts not only cause physical harm but also leave many psychological consequences for students, and also affect the educational environment.
In order to help students better understand the consequences of their actions, the Youth Union of Cam Duong Ward Police organized a meeting, education, reminder and strict criticism for the related students.
Not only stopping at reminding, the children also participated in cleaning and tidying up at Nam Cuong Cemetery - the resting place of heroes and martyrs.

The activity aims to educate tradition, help children understand more about the value of life, appreciate the present and be more responsible to themselves, their families and society.
Through this activity, functional agencies expect children to know how to control their emotions, respect friends and stay away from school violence.
The units also called on families, schools and society to join hands in building a safe, healthy, and non-violent school environment.
