Below is a list of universities that have announced their 2025 enrollment plans for students to refer to.

17. Hanoi University

Hanoi University said that in the past 10 years, the school has always maintained 3 stable admission methods including: Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, combined admission and admission by high school graduation exam scores.

The school tries to maintain the above 3 methods. In case of changes, there will be adjustments to add or remove criteria.

16. Hanoi Pedagogical University 2

Hanoi National University of Education 2 announces the following methods of admission for full-time university training in 2025: Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; Admission using high school academic results (transcripts); Admission using high school graduation exam results; Admission using the results of the competency assessment exam of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Hanoi National University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education; Admission using the results of the separate entrance exam of Hanoi National University of Education 2.

The majors of Preschool Education, Physical Education, and Sports Management use the above methods, but in the admission combinations, the results of the aptitude test organized by the School are used (not the results of the aptitude test of other higher education institutions).

15. University of Commerce

Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy Head of Communications and Admissions Department, University of Commerce, said that the school's admission quota and admission methods are still similar to previous years, without much fluctuation.

However, the school will make adjustments to the admission combinations to comply with the regulations and add some combinations to facilitate students.

"This year, the school will announce the enrollment plan earlier than every year. Currently, we are in the process of preparing the enrollment plan and will make it public as soon as the enrollment regulations are issued and there are instructions from the Ministry," Mr. Trung informed.

14. Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Up to this point, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has planned admission methods for 2025. Specifically, including: Based on high school graduation exams; considering academic records; considering scores of competency assessment exams of Ho Chi Minh City National University, Hanoi National University and specialized competency assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education; direct admission.

The school has planned this plan and will announce it when the Ministry of Education and Training issues official admission regulations. Regarding the orientation of building the subject combination for admission, the school will balance the subject combination for admission so that candidates have the best choice, but basically keep it stable compared to last year.
