In 2026, the People's Police Academy is assigned 400 regular university targets for new training at the school, along with the People's Security Academy with the largest enrollment scale among the 8 People's Police schools.
Candidates entering the Public Security school block this year have three admission methods, including direct admission; combining international foreign language certificates with the Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam; and combining high school graduation exam scores with this exam.
The Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam took place on June 21st, lasting 180 minutes. Candidates choose one of the four codes CA1-CA4, all including essays in Literature; compulsory multiple-choice Math, History, English and one elective subject in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Geography.
Last year, the benchmark score of the People's Police Academy ranged from 18.67-26.01.
