On January 3, the National Economics University officially issued its 2025 enrollment plan. Compared to 2024, the university will maintain stable admission methods, including direct admission, admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam scores, and combined admission.
In 2025, the National Economics University plans to enroll 89 programs with two new programs: Labor Relations and International Trade Law. The expected admission threshold for the admission method based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores is expected to be 20, including priority points.
Tuition for the standard program of the National Economics University in 2025 - 2026 is expected to be around 18-25 million VND/year.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology will maintain 3 stable admission methods in 2025, including: Talent selection; Thinking assessment test results and High School graduation exam results.
With the method of considering high school graduation exam results, this university plans to reduce the quota from 50% to 40%; the quota for the admission method based on thinking assessment test scores will increase slightly.
With the thinking assessment exam, in 2025, Hanoi University of Science and Technology plans to expand the organization points so that candidates in remote areas can still conveniently participate in this exam.
In 2025, the University of Commerce will develop 7 more international career-oriented training programs, aiming to equip students with both professional skills and foreign language ability upon graduation, to participate in the international labor market.
In addition, the school plans to have 2 more international dual degree programs in Marketing and Business Administration, and 1 advanced technology transfer program.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung - Deputy Head of Communications and Admissions Department, University of Commerce - said that the school always updates and innovates training programs in line with practice to meet the needs of businesses.
Ho Chi Minh City National University has agreed to implement three university admission methods: direct admission; admission based on the results of the Competency Assessment Test organized by the university; and admission based on the results of the high school exam.
At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City National University encourages units to develop combined admission methods. Key areas include: Semiconductor Technology, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence and interdisciplinary and inter-school training majors.
In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will implement 3 admission methods, including: Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; Admission according to the school's admission plan; Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam according to the general plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Notably, the school opened a number of new training majors and at the same time increased the enrollment target in 2025 to 4,000 (in 2024 it was 3,210).
