On the morning of July 1st, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the score distribution for the 2026 high school graduation exam. The Technology - Agriculture subject had 44 exam papers achieving 10 points, a decrease of more than half compared to 101 10 points in 2025.
However, this is still one of the subjects with a fairly high average score when more than 56% of candidates achieved 7 points or higher.
Look up high school graduation exam scores in 2026
According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training, this year there are 31,079 candidates taking the Technology - Agriculture subject. The average score is 6.96, average score 7.0, and the score level with the most candidates achieving is 7.5.
Nationwide, there are 17,448 candidates achieving 7 points or higher, accounting for 56.14%, while 2,088 candidates have scores below average (under 5 points), equivalent to 6.72%.
This exam does not record exam papers scoring 0 or achieving 1 point or less.


The score distribution is mainly concentrated in the range of 6.5-8 points, with the peak of the distribution at 7.5 points, showing that most candidates completed the exam at a fairly good level. Compared to many other subjects in this year's exam, Technology - Agriculture still belongs to the group with a relatively high ratio of good and excellent scores.
Regarding local results, Ninh Binh has the highest average score in the country with 8.0 points, followed by Hai Phong City (7.387 points), Vinh Long (7.381 points), Dong Nai (7.322 points) and Hung Yen (7.307 points).
Meanwhile, Lai Chau ranked last with an average score of 6.318. 22 provinces and cities achieved an average score higher than the national average of 6.961 points.


Regarding the number of 10s in this subject, Can Tho City leads with 6 10s, followed by Nghe An and Vinh Long (both with 5 10s), An Giang and Ca Mau (both with 4 10s). Quang Tri has 3 10s, while Hai Phong City and Lam Dong each have 2 10s.
In total, there are 21 provinces and cities with at least one exam paper achieving a score of 10, and 13 localities did not record perfect scores in this subject.
Compared to 2025, the average score of Technology - Agriculture subjects tends to decrease. The average score decreased from 7.72 to 6.96, down 0.76 points; the average score decreased from 7.75 to 7.0.
The percentage of candidates achieving 7 points or higher decreased from 78.42% to 56.14%, while the percentage of sub-average exam papers increased from 2.15% to 6.72%.
The picture of exam scores by locality also has many changes.
In 2025, Hai Phong City is the locality with the highest average score in the country with 8.120 points, while this year this position belongs to Ninh Binh with 8.0 points.
Regarding the number of perfect scores, Tuyen Quang once led last year with 16 exam papers achieving perfect scores, followed by Nghe An (11 papers) and Hai Phong City (9 papers).
