The Ministry of Education and Training has just officially issued Decision No. 2610/QD-BGDDT on "Approving the joint organization of TELC German language certificate exams between BLA Education Group Joint Stock Company and IWU Company Limited, Federal Republic of Germany".
The term of the joint examination organization activity is 5 years from the effective date of the Decision and terminates when the agreement or cooperation contract between the joint parties expires.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had a series of articles reflecting on the shortcomings of TELC German language certificate exams in Vietnam.
TELC (The European Language Certificates) is translated as European Language Certificates.
As for the TELC German Certificate, this is a qualification for using German for studying, working or traveling in Germany. The TELC exams are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
In Vietnam, since 2022, at the request of the Ministry of Education and Training, all relevant units in our country have temporarily suspended organizing exams to submit applications for licensing to ensure legality as well as the rights of students.
However, due to the huge demand for studying and taking exams for this certificate, many units have brazenly organized it. After Lao Dong's article, the Ministry of Education and Training stepped in, and the units stopped organizing the exams until they received permission from the Ministry of Education and Training.
Regarding educational organizations, in discussions with Lao Dong, they all expressed their hope that the Ministry of Education and Training will soon issue specific and detailed instructions on organizing the TELC German language certificate exam in Vietnam.
This helps ensure the legality and transparency of the TELC exam organization process, supporting educational centers to serve learners in the best way, meeting the increasing demand for studying and working in Germany.
