Accordingly, for violations of stopping, picking up and dropping off passengers and goods that are not in accordance with regulations, the Traffic Police force will use the Administrative Violation Monitoring and Handling System, patrolling and controlling mobile activities to promptly record, inspect and handle cases of stopping, parking, picking up and dropping off passengers and goods that are not in accordance with regulations; when there are incidents, stopping and parking without warnings; focusing on areas where vehicles are often in violation.
Regarding the use of phones or other electronic devices while driving vehicles, the Traffic Police force strengthens inspection and control of vehicles according to the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, which must install and transmit data to devices recording the image of drivers such as transport business vehicles, tractor-trailers, ambulances; road traffic rescue vehicles, etc.
Through data to detect, record and handle cases of drivers using phones and other electronic devices while driving vehicles on the road.
For violations of avoidance, overtaking, road sections, lanes, lane changes without warning signals, entering emergency lanes, the traffic police force will combine public patrols and controls with disguise to improve inspection and handling efficiency;
Through the monitoring system or the process of mobile patrolling and controlling, using professional equipment and means to record the violating vehicles, promptly notify the Traffic Police Team on duty on the route to coordinate stopping, controlling, and handling; in case the vehicle has not been stopped for handling, it will be recorded and notified to handle the violation according to regulations.
For speeding violations, the Traffic Police force conducts public patrols combined with disguises to improve control efficiency and strictly handle cases of violating vehicle speed regulations. Maximize the recorded results, then the traffic monitoring system will handle the speed according to regulations. Focus on controlling and handling speeding vehicles for passenger transport vehicles with 16 seats or more.
"In addition, during the patrol and control process, if violations are detected against other vehicles and behaviors, they will be recorded for handling in accordance with the provisions of law.

The implementation period starts from June 26, 2025 until these violations are controlled and reduced.
