The Le Van Tam Primary and Secondary School project, Ham Rong Ward, Sa Pa Town (now Sa Pa Ward, Lao Cai Province) is a project approved by the People's Committee of the old Lao Cai Province under Decision No. 1367/QD-UBND dated June 6, 2023.
This is a project under Group C, with a total investment of nearly 37 billion VND, invested by the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board).
According to Lao Dong, on July 9, 2025, the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Supervision and Management Consulting Center (invitation for bidding) announced a bidding for Package No. 05: Construction + installation of construction equipment for the above project.
Package No. 05 is worth more than 28 billion VND from increased tax, fee, other revenue, spending savings and other legal capital sources from the provincial budget along with land use fee revenue from the old Sa Pa town budget.
According to the project documents, the package will construct the Construction of a classroom building combined with a subject classroom with 4 floors above ground and 1 ground floor. The height of the project (from base 0 to the roof top) is 17.4 m, of which the first floor is 0.75 m higher than the yard, the height of the first floor is 3.9 m, the height of the second and third floors is 3.6 m, the roof is 2.7 m high, the am floor is 4.2 m high...

For this item, the contractor will construct additional electricity supply, indoor water supply and lightning protection.
Along with that, the package will construct the exterior and auxiliary items such as: Guard house, parking lot, steps up and down and slopes, outdoor drainage, concrete yard, school gate, fence... In addition, the package also constructs a system of fire prevention and fighting items.
After Package No. 05 has the contractor selection results approved by the Investor, the construction contractor will have 200 days to execute the contract.
