Staff streamlining policy for principals when arranging schools
The Government has just issued Resolution 37/2026/NQ-CP on the structure, quantity and some policies for principals, directors, vice principals, deputy directors, and educational support personnel when implementing the arrangement of public preschool, general, continuing education, and vocational education institutions at the provincial and commune levels.
This Resolution takes effect from August 5, 2026 to the end of June 30, 2028.
This Resolution applies to:
Preschool education institutions, general education institutions, continuing education institutions and public vocational education institutions implement arrangements.
Principals, directors, vice-principals, deputy directors, and educational support personnel in the above-mentioned educational institutions.
People's Committees at all levels, Departments of Education and Training and agencies and units related to the organization and implementation of public educational institution arrangement.
Other agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the implementation of this Resolution.
In case principals, directors, vice-principals, and deputy directors resign from their positions or are appointed to new positions with lower position allowances due to the arrangement of educational institutions, the leadership position allowance is preserved according to the provisions of Article 11 of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, laborers and armed forces in implementing the arrangement of the organizational structure of the political system (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025). Special supervision of the re-exam of 328 candidates at the exam site of Tuyen Quang Specialized High School
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued guidelines for organizing the second high school graduation exam for 328 candidates at the exam site of Tuyen Quang Specialized High School.
According to the plan, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee must revoke and cancel the exam result certificates issued to candidates, and complete preparation and professional training for invigilators before November 10-11. 8.
328 candidates will take two compulsory subjects, Literature, Mathematics and two elective subjects, on the 14th and 15th. 8. Students complete exam procedures on the 13th. 8.
The marking work is expected to be completed in about two days, no later than 9 am on August 18. The results will be announced on August 19 and the graduation recognition consideration will be completed before August 20. The stages of organizing the exam, invigilating and marking are still carried out by Tuyen Quang province according to the High School Graduation Exam Regulations.
However, to ensure objectivity, the Ministry of Education and Training requests not to reuse officials who have performed duties at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School exam site in the previous exam.

Opening and summer vacation schedule for students nationwide in the 2026-2027 school year
