Enrollment in 2026: Smart aspiration arrangement, increased chances of admission
According to the 2026 enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, each candidate is only allowed to register a maximum of 15 admission aspirations, instead of being unlimited as before. This change forces students to carefully consider and divide aspirations into groups (dreamy, suitable, safe) to avoid wasting choices and increase the chances of admission.

Experts believe that limiting aspirations helps reduce the situation of "virtual aspirations" and requires candidates to be more responsible for their decisions. Candidates need to choose majors and schools based on suitability with their abilities, interests and career orientation, while prioritizing training programs associated with practice, technology and labor market needs.
To increase the chances of admission, candidates should combine 3 important factors: academic ability, personal passion and admission ability (based on benchmark scores, competitiveness). In addition, referring to future human resource needs also helps choose a more sustainable and suitable major. See more...
Hanoi teachers expect to soon amend the Capital Law to enjoy increased income
After the feedback from the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs on the proposal to amend the Capital Law 2024 to expand the beneficiaries of increased income, many teachers expressed their agreement and expectations. The teaching staff all believe that this is a positive sign when teachers' recommendations are considered for the first time at the policy level, although there is still a hesitant mentality because of concerns that the amendment process may be prolonged.

Teachers believe that the current inadequacy is the lack of fairness in the same civil servant system, when many teachers do not receive additional income according to Resolution 46/2024/NQ-HĐND due to the school's financial autonomy mechanism. This makes teachers feel that they have not been recognized commensurate with their efforts, while some other localities still apply this policy to teachers.
From there, the teaching staff expects that the amendment of the law will expand the beneficiaries, ensure fairness and practicality, including both preschool teachers and teachers in autonomous schools. More importantly, there is a specific roadmap for policies to soon become reality, helping to reduce financial pressure and create motivation to stick with the profession for a long time. See more...

Hung Yen requests strict handling, not covering up school violence cases
On March 21, the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province requested educational institutions to strengthen the construction of a safe and healthy school environment to prevent and combat school violence. This move was taken in the context of the emergence of many cases of violence with diverse forms such as physical and mental violence, discrimination and bullying online, seriously affecting students' psychology and social trust.
The Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province pointed out that the reason is that some places are still lax in management, lack timely detection and formal life skills education. Therefore, the head of the educational institution must be directly responsible, deploy early preventive measures, build clear handling procedures, and maintain the effectiveness of information receiving channels such as hotlines and school counseling.
